CFRO is available to any male over the age of 18 who is formerly incarcerated seeking services to support efforts to avoid relapse into drug use, criminal activity, and other self-defeating behaviors.

CFRO accepts referrals from the criminal justice system and other human services entities, self-referral, relatives, and others who are seeking services to aid persons in reentry.

 

CFRO encourages participants to commit themselves

• To actively participate in their individualized case management plan

• To strictly adhere to the mandates of their referral authority

• To become actively involved in advocacy activities that promote quality of life strategies for the formerly incarcerated

CFRO encourages all graduates of the program to become members of the Alumni Club, and AFIIC (Alliance of Formerly Incarcerated Individuals for Change
