FLASSH
(Forging Links And Starting Synergy in Hough)
This community initiative is an effort of the Minority Youth Leadership Council and Community-Based youth-serving organizations. The primary purpose of the initiative is to develop community social norms that helps define acceptable behaviors for youth. The title of the initiative is Forging Links and Starting Synergy in Hough (FLASSH).
