Free Because I Ought to Be _ is a prevention initiative that aims to inspire African and Hispanic American people to recognize that freedom is a key to our success.  Thus all African and Hispanic Americans must strive with all their might to be free of drugs, free of violence, free of illiteracy and free of all self-defeating behaviors.
